Nice bookshelf, but some fastener pieces don’t really work
This bookshelf looks great, as pictured, and was pretty easy to assemble, with one major exception. The included bolts and cap nuts that are supposed to hold the stabilizing cross pieces on at the back do not work together properly. The bolts are just the *tiniest* bit too short, so that the nuts can only barely catch, or can’t quite catch at all–and if you get them to just barely catch but then try to turn them a bit further, or even accidentally graze them, they un-catch again. I spent a decent bit of very frustrating time trying to patiently screw them together just right, got my spouse to try as well in case it was just me somehow, and in the end only got one pairing to stay together. For the other three, I was lucky to track down slightly longer, compatible bolts in my own hardware supply–but if I encounter the same problem in the second one of these units we bought, not yet assembled, I will be out of luck because I only had those 3. This seems like a problem that didn’t need to happen.Added 6/10/21: I did face the same exact situation on the second bookshelf. Although I was out of slightly longer bolts, I did have several other kinds of nuts that worked. They are visibly different from the front of the shelf but it’s not too noticeable. Still, this is a problem they should fix.

I’m really happy with this bookshelf! The quality is great and it feels sturdy — it easily holds the weight of my heavier items without any issues. On top of that, it’s super cute and adds a nice touch to the room. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

Easy to assemble, sturdy and great look! All the nails were included, easy instructions and straightforward. Super study as I have a lot of books and does not move. I will buy another one if I need an extra one. The shelves are a good size to accommodate all book sizes. You can also put a small plant or picture frame – it looks nice. I have one in my study and another one in my living room! They look great!

It’s perfect, super easy to assemble, light weight and sturdy ! I put it together on my own and it took about 5 minutes or so. I love how it looks, exactly as advertised, it doesn’t have that cheap wood feel to it, it actually has a nice shine. Overall I’m super happy
