Solid quality and pretty fountain
I’m using this water feature fountain indoors. It was easy to set up. It’s the perfect size for my purpose. I’ve already gotten many compliments on its beauty and clients loving the sound. I have added a string to the water stream returning to the reservoir to soften the sound a bit. The pump motor hum is minimal and the lights are great- I put a few transparent pebbles in the pots to soften the light as well to compliment my indoor space. I love this fountain- very happy with my purchase.

Soothing Balcony Addition
Love this fountain! Not difficult to install, looks great, functions perfectly, and the lighting is terrific. Very impressed and it fits in a small area which was a requirement for my application. My only wish would be an “on and off” switch, but I connected it using a switched power strip, essentially accomplishing the want. Thoroughly enjoying it!

The first fountain I received leaked- the minute I added water. I reached out to the company- shared pictures of the leak and they immediately sent me a replacement fountain.I received the replacement fountain and it works well- it is actually beautiful ! We are VERY happy with customer service !Thank you for a great fountain and great customer service ! I couldn’t be happier !

Add River rock if you want more water sound
We just installed the fountain today. It looks very nice and went together very easy. When we turned it on the water flow was very heavy and even when we turn the pump all the way down to the least amount of water flow, it was still flowing very fast.The water was not making much noise either because the spout pours onto a damper that’s in the inside of each bowl. We wanted more water sound that’s why we bought the fountain. So we added river rock to the bowls and let the water splash on the rock before it went into the bowl and now we’re getting the sounds that we want.We just made sure that the river rock did not cover the lights in the center of the bowls and you can see that the light is still very brightIt’s a very nice addition to our patio. Now it’s time to decide how we want to decorate with green plants and flowers around it.

It is terrible. It leaks everywhere. It is too heavy to return. So we are forced to keep it. How can you help. Please help. We are old and can’t carry it to ups.

Avoid the frustration
I looked for months for just the right size and style of fountain for my front porch. I loved the look of this one. The first one took a long time to arrive so I was very excited to get it set up. It was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I saw water on the porch and assumed I spilled some when filling it. At first the leak was small but within days it would leak so profusely the fountain would empty. I requested a replacement which arrived quickly and I was super careful moving, filling, assembling everything. Same issue. I bought flex seal hoping to fix the fountain but that has been a nightmare. I can’t really tell where it is leaking from so trying to seal the water reservoir as best I can. It is messy, expensive and frustrating. After hours in the hot Florida sun, lots of tears and a ruined manicure (and yes I had gloves on) I give up. Buying a fountain to have and enjoy should not be this hard. I paid the money. I waited for the delivery very patiently. I just expected it to work and not leak.Since reaching out to the seller a second time they promptly refunded the full purchase price of the fountain. I’m not sure if I was just unlucky to get two fountains that both leaked in the same way but the seller gets 5 stars for customer service and promt response. They have been amazing to work with. I wish the product worked as well as the customer service folks.

This fountain is very nice and I have received a number of compliments on it.It was easy to set up and initially the pump was on the lowest setting and it was too quiet for my liking. I turned up the pump so the flow is a bit faster so I am able to enjoy the water sounds from it.

Product was delivered in a very secure box and was easy to assemble. The water trickling is loud enough to hear from quite a ways away. The lights make it so beautiful to watch in the evenings after sun has gone down.
