Amazing!
I love the quality and the stability of it. Love that it has the drop leaf. Being able to put it up when needed but also put it down when you need more space in that area to walk around. The wheels work great and perfect so it’s easily moved to other areas of the house if needed for a part. The assembly was okay, took my husband about 2-2.5 hours. Could have been easier but it was fine. The design is pretty too. The wood on top seems to be off nice quality had a good feeling to it not just like a cheap block of wood. Having a spice rack and towel rack is nice too. Lots of space but also doesn’t take up a ton of room in your kitchen! Would recommend!

Perfect for a smaller space
If you need a little extra counter space, this is perfect. I don’t have a lot of room for a dining table so this is perfect! It has a drop leaf so can pop that up if I want to eat at it, has a cupboard for those “food xtra” things, and it looks good! Does take some time to put together but well worth it!

Decent
Was okay to put together with two people. It seems sturdy enough. My only complaint is that the drawer doesn’t close all the way unless you push really hard…it’s like it catches on something before closing all the way. We tried to fix it but it apparently cannot be fixed. But this issue alone isn’t worth returning and building another one.

I love this! I had been waiting for months knowing I needed something to help with my lack of storage and countertop space. But I held off because didn’t want to spend the money. I would buy this again in a heartbeat! If you’re on the fence on deciding, just do it. Your future self with thank you lol.It drastically improves the efficiency of meal prep and cooking I love the expandable countertop which is very easy to adjust up/down. It rolls sooo smoothly on the tile floor and even when I need to move it into the carpeted dining room the wheels and locks don’t get caught on the carpet.My engineer-minded 8 year old did most of the assembly with only minimal assistance interpreting instructions and repositioning screw/drill angles. It took him about 4 hours. If I did it on my own I’d guess it would’ve taken closer to 2 hours. And using a drill made it go faster.For the functionality that it adds to my tiny space, the cost is definitely worth it! The only reason is say it’s 4.5 STARS is because the silver rotating pieces that rotate into the screw keeping the countertop flush with the walls of the island come loose frequently which is inconvenient and a bit annoying. But a simple retightening with the provided screw driver does the trick. I found that when rolling it around if I push/pull the towel rack or the shelf on the side instead of pushing/pulling on the countertop itself it doesn’t loosen as frequently. The towel rack and side shelf seem much more secure for maneuvering the island around.Pros:-perfect for small space-easy to roll around to accommodate ever changing space needs-multifunctional providing both storage and more countertop space-kids can eat in the kitchen-simple assembly with good instructions-all needed tools provided(although a drill did make assembly faster)Cons:-often have to retighten the silver rotating pieces that keeps the countertop flush with island walls.

Takes some effort to build but is worth it
Took about four hours to put together, so open up your day, but it’s a great island. Looks so good that we changed our kitchen cabinets to match this island.

Perfect fit
This portable island was easy to put together and is a great addition to our kitchen. We needed the counter space but are also glad to have the extra storage space as well. It is sturdy and fits perfectly where we needed it although we weren’t able to use the towel holder or spice rack on the sides.

5 Hour Assembly Time / Do NOT follow order in directions
Pros: exact replica of my apartment kitchen cabinets including hardware, excluding wooden top of course. Perfect size for small kitchen to add more counter space without having to rent a more expensive unit. Can be moved around easily.Cons: See title. I started at 9:30 am expecting to be done by lunch. I worked nonstop & finished at 2:30 pm—that’s 5 hours. A couple reasons for this: 1.) the directions need to be rewritten. There is absolutely a better flow to putting this unit together than the order the directions are written in. 2.) The long screws provided had a top head you could only use the little hex key/Allen key. Because of the order of assembly in the instructions, your hex key would interfere with pieces already in place no matter which way too spun it, so you’re stuck doing short strokes for 3/4 of the assembly. Lastly I felt it was pretty flimsy wood & I was nervous about cracking it, and the visible screw heads are a major design flaw.- the stickers to cover/hide the bolts are tacky looking & not an exact color match.Other notes:• Both my back panels came with two holes on both sides. Instructions didn’t show this was supposed to be the case so I got a mix up. I hid them with the stickers, but this leaves me not wanting to do anything with the unit except have it against the wall.• I wish it came with another shelf. There’s plenty of room. Plus, the existing shelf security is questionable.• I had delivery issues & lugging the box from mailroom to car to apartment was actually difficult. If the shipping box had a handle or grip that struggle could be resolved. I had to take it apart piece by piece in my vestibule.Worth $200? Maybe if assembly was cut in half. Peoples time is valuable.

Love it!Adds more counter space, cupboard space and drawer space to our kitchen which is big, but lacks in the counter/cupboard space.The drop down leaf is perfect to give the extra space if and when needed!Only down fall is the wheels, because only two of them lock the thing still moves in one direction if you bump into it however to me that’s minor.

This item takes time to assemble, instructions easy to follow . Looks great and is just the right size for my application. Only problem is it arrived without a number 13 part and had 2 x part 14. spice rack was not an option for me with this error. I would have give a 5 star other wise.

A little problem with the assembly as the drawer is stuck, maybe we got a detective piece. Overall it is a good small island for my condo. It looks great and has sturdy wheels so won’t fall down.
