With help, the desk was easy to assemble. It is the perfect size and weight. The desk has character, a beautiful finish, and it is sturdy. However, the screws will tear the white wood if screwed in incorrectly. The price of the desk is reasonable. I love it.

Assembly issues are true
I needed a desk and this one is the perfect dimensions for my space but the reviews about assembly deterred me. I finally decided to get it and hire a professional that does this kind of stuff for a living- a handyman. It took him 2 hours. The hype is true about assembly. The drawers are fabric and I was uncertain about that, but they are sturdy. It’s also tight for my printer and my paper can stay in it but it works.

Great starter desk for my daughter it time a while to put it together I glued the dowels so that the desk will not move the middle frame piece is for both sides rails good price my grand daughter loved it
