Great Quality – The Reviews are True!
It’s not a lie! This chair delivers everything it promises. The seat is thick, comfortable, and supportive. The ventilated back is not adjustable, but the mesh is supportive and flexible. I love the flip-back arms. Overall, a very sturdy chair. I was worried that it wouldn’t be as easy to assemble as advertised, but to my relief, it actually took only 15 minutes to put the chair together. The instructions are well-written, each type of screw is clearly labeled, and the holes are all lined up exactly as designed. They have even included a packet of “spares” in case you lose one of the bolts. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Easily assembled. Great quality/value. Firm seat. Like option of flip up arms which lets you push chair in further – is nice for daughter’s college apartment. Purchased 2nd for myself & would rather have the arms raise/lower. Still a great deal!

Perfect for a shorty.
I’m pleasantly pleased and it didn’t cost me a fortune to get a good office chair. This chair fits a shorty perfectly! I am 5’1 and struggle to find chairs to fit me that aren’t overwhelmingly large. This one does the trick. I like the flip up arms on it too so I can stow it away under my desk. The cushion is a little firm currently but will soften up from wear. The lift lever works perfectly and the back support is great. It was very easy to put together. The screws didn’t strip out when putting this together and the quality overall is pretty sturdy.

Great features, excellent price, unexpected challenges
Edit: The seller quickly took action to make things right. Judging from the other reviews — overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic — it does not appear to be something they have to do often.I’d been looking for a chair to replace my desk chair for quite some time and had not found anything, but then this came to my attention, and it looked terrific. The fold-up arms, the mesh back that would allow warm air from my space heater to pass through. And the seat especially — not only did it look thick and comfortable but it also was actually level. Almost all chairs of this type have a seat that rises towards the front, creating a bucket that is not good for posture. Also the seat (and I verified this when I got it) would seem to have a composition that wouldn’t flatten out over time. In addition, according to the specifications, the height of the seat was adjustable to be higher than most, a very important factor.I bought it, received it, but then it was two months before i got to assemble it. I’ve assembled six or seven chairs with rolling casters over the years, and the casters all fit into the legs with just a little bit of fuss (by design) so that they would not fall out if the chair was lifted. But with these i had the devil’s own time getting them in. i struggled for — i don’t know — a half hour, three quarters of an hour, a full hour — until all five were finally in place. The problem appeared to be that the tiny metal rings that circle the indented waist of the metal projections that are inserted into the bottom of the chair leg were mis-set.After that finally got taken care of and the chair was fully assembled the hydraulic lift mechanism didn’t work. Nothing, no motion at all. It was stuck at the lowest setting, which made the chair useless for me, a tall person. Once you have the top of a chair of this type attached to the bottom by the hydraulic lift, good luck on detaching it. It was undoable.There’s no web site for this company, and i wouldn’t be able to disassemble the chair anyway to return it under warranty. Perhaps I can find a petite person who could use the chair or a mechanical genius with brutal muscles who could remove and replace the hydraulic mechanism. Perhaps i could dislodge the top from the bottom by heaving the chair from the fire escape onto the asphalt below. Otherwise this item could soon be in a landfill.

Bought for 10 yr old granddaughter
My granddaughter is tall for 10 (5’3”). She received her chair yesterday (09/24/25). She said she was too impatient and could not wait for me to visit in two weeks so she put the chair together and absolutely loves it. She said it was easy to put together and doesn’t think it even took 15 minutes to assemble. She said it is very comfortable and attractive. She video chatted with me as she easily swiveled and moved around in it. It appears sturdy and the size is great for her space. I believe as she continues to grow she can adjust the chair comfortably to her height.

Great value for my money! Came in quickly and was easy to assemble. Durable and sets quite comfortably. Has good back support and can’t believe I waited so long to replace my old worn out chair! lol also I love the color!! Beats boring black or brown any day!

The fold-up arms work well.
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality, fit and finish of this chair. All of the screws and thread sockets were perfect. The plastic molding and seat fabric are good. Assembly took me 25 minutes.This is not a $600 heavy duty office chair, but for the price point is extremely well made.

Great Chair
The chair is great but the seller and delivery arrangements is unreliable. The chair was out for delivery and was not delivered claiming difficulty finding address which was ridiculous. I had to reorder. Chair is easy to assemble, it is sturdy, good quality and functional. So far so good.
