Best Chair I’ve found to date
One thing I wish they showed you in the video that you won’t know until you buy it which is a good thing so don’t worry this is not a negative what I’m about to tell you. Most of these chairs that you buy they never show you in their videos the gap between the top cushion which goes against your back and the bottom cushion where you sit. So that was the one thing I was worried about when I bought it. And guess what out of all the chairs and we’ve had several for different reasons I was five star if I could give it 10 Stars I’d give it 10 Stars the cushion for your butt is perfect in the back comes over the butt so when it’s in the fully upright position the cushion for the back touches the butt cushion. But when you lean it back that’s where you need to know if there’s a gap or not and this one has no Gap because the cushion is designed for the back and the butt they come together when it’s late completely back and it lays completely flat and it even tilts you lower than flat so if you have swelling in your ankles it’s slightly raises your legs up higher than your head if you want to go that far. I will say that the only negative is the instructions are crap. You’re better off just reading the instructions don’t worry about how to connect the wires because once you start connecting the wires you realize oh now I get it. All the wires they each have their own individual connection so when you’re looking at their schematic on the instructions you can’t make sense out of it. I’m pretty detailed at reading stuff like this and it needs a complete redesign on the on the instructions but don’t let that slow you down because once you get the chair out you basically just put the handles on and I would say that the handles probably are not the best because they can come up they don’t fasten you can literally lift them right back up it’d be better if they had some sort of locking mechanism to where they stay down and you can look at that two ways to where you can lift them up to clean it but you can’t grab a hold of the handles and like balance your weight or something like when you’re trying to get up because they just lift straight up they don’t fasten down so when you’re looking at the chair without sitting in it they look perfect but you can take the handles and lift them up I don’t know why they’re like this. But don’t let this hang you up because this is not the main point I’m just making it known to you. But the chair the functions of the chair are excellent. Not only that I got it really fast we were supposed to come like 2 weeks later when I got it like the second day that’s probably five stars for FedEx though. But the chair itself once you have looked for as many chairs as I have and bought as many chairs as I have trust me there are none out there like this one for the price the value of the money is definitely there. Most chairs that claim to do special things can range up to $1,500 even $2,000 and they were not built the same as this one and I’m speaking about the cushions and the comfort. So if I give it down to the comfort the comforts definitely five stars very comfortable chair. About this for my mother-in-law who had broken four bones she’s 80 years old and she absolutely loves it and the chair she had before was crap so this is like a Lamborghini. I’m not big on all the heat and massaging and all that because you know unless you get one of those $14,000 massage chairs then we can talk. But as far as like a cheap setup of buzzing little buzzers in the chair this is definitely the better of the comparisons that are out there so even the buzzer is great but one thing I’ll say hopefully made it to the end of this review is that everybody complains about the little outlet that you’re supposed to plug your phone in trust me I don’t even care about that but this one doesn’t work either. For some reason all the things that matter work but when you plug in your phone to the USB port to charge your phone it’s dead doesn’t work. But trust me don’t let that stop you who cares about that feature when it comes to the chair that is what you’re buying and this one if you gave positions of what is the best out there I would give this number one. I would buy this chair over in the other chair that’s out there. And I think that’s the reason why there’s so many reviews that’s the main reason why we bought it is it had 155 reviews when we were looking and everybody else had like 30 25 40. And in every video of every chair they never show you the Gap and to me that was the most important thing that I was worried about and this one has no Gap when you lay the chair flat and you’re not in it cuz usually if there’s a gap your butt will fall in the Gap and that to me that would give you back problems. Hope that helps! And one last thing don’t let the instructions intimidate you here’s the basic you pull it out of the box that’s the hard part cuz it’s heavy to make sure you have someone to help you. You basically snap the back down onto the butt of the chair so basically connect the top to the bottom make sure the wires are hanging out the back so that once you snap the top in that you can see the wires in the back what I did was I laid the chair in its side because the flap kept getting in my way he has a flap to cover all the wires so each wire can only connect to its counterpart so you don’t have to worry about reading that chart it’s too confusing just start plugging in the wires and you’ll go oh that was easy. Next thing I would pay attention to is the wires that come out the back make sure that they clear the chair don’t just let the wires accumulate under the chair because when the chair comes down you don’t want them crushing the wires so what I did was I made sure that the wires go directly away from the chair to a plug. So make sure you set it up that way just to save yourself grief later. But that’s about it

it runs very smoothly
folks,i only have this chair for about 2 weeks and like to tell you that i really like it,it runs very smoothly and the message works well.one drawback is the heating is not to great,they have to improve on that,other wise its a very good lift chair which is very easy to put together
