High quality attractive keyboard solution for small desk providing room to work!
Amazing keyboard tray that was easy to assemble and maximizes a small desk. Quality exceeded expectations and it looks great too. I didn’t expect it to attach so solidly to desk but it is stable and works perfectly. Recommend for anyone who needs space to work and their keyboard is in the way. This solves the problem!

Great retracting keyboard tray.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews (probably something I should be better about), but this one deserves one. It was easy to put together, and the individual parts feel high quality. It’s just large enough to have room for my full-sized Mac keyboard (the one with the 10-key pad) and trackpad, with a couple inches to spare. It has a sort of “soft-lock” that keeps the tray in place when it’s closed all the way so it doesn’t just slide out on you when you’re not using it, or in the event you want to keep it closed and just type under your desk. It glides open smoothly and feels pretty sturdy. For as heavy as it actually is, the clamps hold it in place perfectly. If there was one change I could make, it would be to have a version that’s just about 6 inches more wide to accommodate my gaming mouse next to my trackpad so I don’t have to swap them around depending on what I’m doing, but this is really a minor thing and probably something most people don’t need to worry about. Overall, I’m happy I picked this up.

Good functional tray, could loose the front bevel.
Install instructions were pretty good, although I did have to take it apart and back up for one step. (Pay close attention to the tiny pictures of the brackets that clamp onto the desk. There is only one correct way to orient them.)The front edge of the tray is sloped at an angle for maybe 3/4 of an inch. That bezel is visually attractive, but it also reduces the usable space by about an inch because things like wrist pads will fall off. It’s not a huge problem, just annoying. It means the area is have availabile for my mouse after the wrist pad and full size keyboard is maybe 6″ deep. It works, but it’s a tight fit.Overall, I’m very happy with it. It was the best color match for my desk and one of the only styles that could fit given the other stuff on the underside of my desk.

Good tray but wobbly and doesnt work well with L shaped desks
I recently purchased this under-desk tray (ASIN B0DTFZXQ14) hoping it would help me better organize my workspace. On the plus side, it does deliver some of the core benefits I was looking for — but there are some significant drawbacks that potential buyers should weigh, especially if you’re working with an L-shaped desk. What Works WellFirst, let me highlight what’s good about this tray. The build quality is decent for the price point. The tray is lightweight yet feels sturdy enough for daily use; it supports items like a keyboard, mouse, or small accessories without issue. The material feels durable, and the finish is clean — it doesn’t look or feel cheap. Installation was fairly straightforward: the instructions are clear, the mounting hardware is included, and with a little effort, I got it mounted under one part of my desk without major hassle. Once installed in a straight-desk setup, it does provide a useful extra platform that helps free up surface space on top of my desk.Where It Falls ShortHowever, the problems become more apparent when you try to use it with an L-shaped desk. Because of the geometry of my desk, I mounted the tray on the shorter return side. As soon as I try to rest anything moderately heavy on the tray, it wobbles noticeably. The wobble is enough to make typing or using a mouse feel shaky. It’s not just a tiny bit of give — it feels unstable. Over time, I worry that constant lateral pressure could loosen the screws or even damage the mounting points.Another issue: the shape and position of my L-desk make it difficult to mount the tray in a way that’s ergonomically useful. Ideally, I’d want the tray to be centered and well-supported, but in my setup I was forced to place it closer to the edge, which further reduces its stability. The limited mounting options mean it doesn’t integrate cleanly into every desk layout — something to consider if your workspace is anything other than a simple rectangle.Usability and ComfortWhen the tray is stable (i.e., on a straight edge or when lightly loaded), it works fine. It gives you a little bit of under-desk space that helps reduce clutter. But if you lean on it, rest your forearms, or place anything heavy, the experience deteriorates quickly. For daily light use it’s okay, but it’s not ideal for heavy-duty ergonomic setups or for people who plan to lean or rest weight on the tray.Value for MoneyIn terms of value, the tray is a mixed bag. If you have a standard, straight desk and you want an inexpensive way to create some extra under-desk storage, it’s a reasonable buy. But if your desk is L-shaped — especially with one shorter side — this product may struggle to perform reliably. Given the wobble and limited stability in that configuration, you might feel like you’re sacrificing durability or peace of mind.Final ThoughtsTo sum up: this is a good tray for light or moderate use, particularly on a simple, straight desk. Unfortunately, it’s wobbly and doesn’t work well with L-shaped desk. If stability is a top priority for you, or your desk has a more complex shape, you may want to look for a more robust under-desk tray designed specifically for such layouts.

Easy to assemble, sturdy
Very easy to assemble, fortunately. I like that it’s adjustable – that would require taking it off the desk and taking out just two small screws on each side, but it would be really simple to do.It’s really heavy, fyi (In the box, that is). Best part? My mouse actually works on it without the mouse pad!

STOP “Screwing all the time”!
Instructions could be better explained. Step 4-A states “…remember to not screw all the time”. Aside from the play on words [ 😉 ]! this statement is not explained. I noticed the drawer plate was tilting away from the front edge once I clamped it on the desk. This was because the when “screwing all the time” – or ‘ screwing too tightly (!) the C-clamps (items 7 and 8 in my instructions) would squeeze the clamp and tilt the drawer plate. When I loosened the clamps and left them gripping just tight enough to hold the drawer secure, it was level, and all was just fine. I noticed another review indicated the drawer would “roll in” with hands on the keyboard – this is likely caused by the clamps “screwing all the time”! So, stop screwing all the time and just tighten up I suppose :-D. I do like the depth and width, just perfect for what I needed – I have a large keyboard and mouse pad. Looks to be good quality, sturdy, and is comfortable for the height I selected. Great value for the money.

The product is quite nice. Very easy to assemble and install. The clamps are sturdy. The base tray is also strong. I quite like the height adjustment feature. The only negative is more in the aesthetics side of it. I ordered a vintage style and the two halves of the base were different. Shouldn’t be an issue for those ordering white or black.
