Great Reading Lamp
I purchased this floor lamp to use next to my Lazy Boy while reading in the evenings. Iโm very pleased with it, despite some of the negative reviews I read.It was easy to assemble, the shade looks nice (just as if youโd purchased it at a box store), the dimmer switch operates smoothly and the light shines perfectly.Some reviews said the lamp pole was tilted and didnโt stand straight. I feel sure this is the result of not aligning the threads when putting it together. Mine is fine.The other complaint I read was concerning the sturdiness standing on the floor. It is a bit wobbly, only if you bump up against it, but this lamp is no different from others Iโve purchased at a much higher cost. Sturdiness is dependent on the weight of the base. I canโt imagine that any floor lamp would come with a much heavier base than this one.Iโm very satisfied with my purchase.

Nice floor lamp๏ผ๏ผ I love it
Love this floor lamp so much! It only took less than 5 minutes from opening to assembly! Installation is quick and easy! The whole floor lamp has a very nice style, and the lamp head can be freely swung to the desired position! When I turn on the lamp and put it there, it feels like it makes this corner more upscale. The texture of the lamp is also very good, it feels like stainless steel. What made me decide to buy this lamp is the switch, not the pull or troublesome remote control. The lamp is easily accessible and can be rotated to control the brightness of the lamp, which is so practical! For many models, if you want to change the brightness, you have to press the switch repeatedly like a fool, or you have to find a remote control to press it one by one! This simple and atmospheric spin is best for the masses!

Great floor lamp for the money
The lamp looks great but a few things surprised me. I got the gold and white one, which I thought might add a little warmth to the room. I think I need a different bulb.1. base and rod did not attach securely so it tilts a little.2. Cord is short3 The lamp shade is pretty cheaply made with a velcro seam. It was easy to assemble but I am not sure how well it will hold up.On the plus side,1. Really liked the dimmer switch. The switch feels solid and well made2. Height is good3. I like the LED light option. It stays very cool

Amazing and Beautiful Floor Lamp!
I’m always amazed at how items are packaged. When I received the lamp, it appeared to be missing the lampshade, based on the smaller, flat box. The shade was “rolled” and wrapped separately inside! Was simple to assemble the lamp itself and there are 2 metal rings, where the shade is attached, via a small “snap” that the rings fit into. The light is adjustable – just a twist of the knob makes it dim to bright in seconds. It looks very nice in my living room, next to the chair where I spend most of my time. The best part of it is that it’s turned on and off via the knob on the lamp vs. one operated by foot on the floor. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat should I need another floor lamp!

Excellent Floor Lamp
If you need a floor lamp that is simple yet great looking, don’t pass up this lamp. I had bought a floor lamp from a department store that was three times the price and it was such poor quality I returned it. I was concerned because this lamp was inexpensive, but most reviews were good, and I took the chance. The lamp assembled in minutes. It works great in my office and the fact that the light is dimmable is an extra perk. The base is substantial enough, so it does not easily tip over. I highly recommend this lamp.

very nice lamp for the price
A very pretty lamp. It has a simple design, but it really stands out in my living room. It’s the perfect size. It works on a dimmer switch, so it doesn’t work well with smart bulbs. We tried it, and it started flickering annoyingly. Still, it was a good buy. It also comes with the shade disassembled, but it didn’t take me more than five minutes to assemble; it’s very easy.

does the job of lighting up a dim basement office. love that you don’t have to reach down to turn it on as the contol is conveniently located at the top of the lamp. great if you’re planning to put it behind a couch or chair.

BEWARE! Smart Bulbs Useless
The lamp is an overall nice lamp. It feels high-quality, and it is put together quite well; unfortunately, though, it does not work with smart bulbs. After I placed my smart bulb into it, it flickered uncontrollably. I then learned that now all lamps work well with smart bulbs. This is one of them. If you are planning on putting a smart bulb into this lamp, do not buy this lamp.

Works as intended (knob’s a bit slippery), but three things to note for assembly:1) the wrench that’s included in the box is very weak, and will twist (see photo) if trying to adjust the nut at the bottom of the base too hard or in the wrong direction.2) the canvas cover for the light has different lengths for the top and bottom (since the top metal ring is smaller), but there’s no indicator of which side is the longer/shorter side. It might have to be a bit of trial and error (not a big deal as it’s easy to clip and unclip the canvas from the metal rings).3) by the time you get to the topmost section of the rod assembly, the wire that goes through the centre of the rods can have excess length at the top – don’t try to push it down through the rest of the rods, but pull it from the bottom instead.

I like the size of the shade and how easy it was to put together. I like the smallness of it and that the light can be brightened or dimmed. I Like that it has a black stand and can put anywhere – living room, dining room bedroom. The shadesโ colour is a perfect neutral and having the look of texture. I like it so much that I have actually bought another for our downstairs family room.

A bit of a pain to assemble, but easy enough to do even without using instructions. Be very careful not to strip the threads when screwing all segments together. Aluminum I believe… Works and looks better than I expected for a lower cost item
