The pavilion tent cloth is fixed by velcro, just close to the pavilion iron frame and stick the velcro. Very strong and stable.

Easy to install and looks great!
Fabric is durable and better fitting than the original canopy cover that came with my Gazebo!! My canopy covers kept tearing and the fabric was of a cheap quality. This cover is a little looser fitting but shows no sign of tearing. I highly recommend!!

Very good fit except for top section, still 5 star
The main part fit very well! It is a good snug fit. Had our first rain already and it stood up perfect! The top piece didn’t fit right, hoping the velcro holds it on, so far so good. Update: Have had it on all summer and it stood up great! Top velcro held on better than I thought. Would buy again!

The third time is not a charm!!!!!
This replacement canopy was to small. It certainly wasn’t a 10×10. I have ordered #3 and because I need the canopy by 6/14 it had to be adjusted to fit. It is strong with good stitching but there is a problem with each of the 3 purchased. Keep in mind, each was made by a different manufacturer. We measured all 4 sides, and they are the same size??? One ⭐️.

Purchased this 10×10 tan replacement canopy on 8/24, well it survived the rain and the wind, for 2 summers perfect fit. good material ,easy to put on , love the velcro to tighten around the gazebo. It has rain holes,But does pool water along the edges of canopy.

Nice quality but retains water
This fits our 10×10 gazebo nicely. I agree with other reviewers that the holes could be position differently or have more of them. I have to push off the rain water after every storm because they don’t drain properly. It looks nice and the quality is nice, just wish it didn’t retain the water puddles like it does.

The material is nice and thick. The color is pretty and looks like the picture. It went over the gazebo with ease. It functions as it should. It’s been holding up through different weather and has been hanging on through the wind. Great value for the money.

I appreciate the quality of this product. The brown color was as expected and it was super easy to put on.I waited for it to rain to see if water would puddle. It did not. The grommets are larger than our previous cover and water did not pool along the edges. I would buy this again and highly recommend it as a replacement canopy.

Won’t last though one summer, let alone one storm
Unhappy with this replacement canopy.I assumed, of course, that it wouldn’t fit the frame we have precisely, but I hadn’t counted on so many design flaws.*There is no Velcro to attach the smaller cover’s screen to the main cover, so it all just flops about.*the top piece has no allowance or overhang compared to the opening below it, so rain is likely to pour in.*The pitch of the peak of the top cover is off. So it’s loose and floppy at the top yet at the same time isn’t big enough to cover the opening below it.* The material is thin. Imagine a cheap nylon tent…that’s the thickness and quality. It’s not canvas at all.*The corner ties are short and inadequate, and all we could do was knot them. No Velcro in the corners at all to keep the edges from slipping off the corners.I had to use safety pins and in some cases strategic strips of duct tape to put this up.I don’t expect it to make it through one storm, let alone one season.You get what you pay for I suppose.Clearly this item wasn’t intended to last.

Ordered new canopy as our old one was sun bleached , replaced new top , a little snug , however my husband said it may stretch , tried to put the cap on the center , it is way too small , would not fit , had to dig our old cap out of garbage and use it , very disappointed

Ordered this as a replacement. Fits our 10×10 and easy to install. It’s not a super tight fit but works fine for us.Has been up for a month and no issues at all with winds so far. I like the idea of the rain holes which our last two didn’t have. Probably won’t rain again for months to test them out but they seem placed in areas our old one would pool water. Fingers crossed.
