Easy and well written assembly instructions. Packing was perfection! Top notch! Fabric is exactly as pictured and beautiful! Comfortable seating. Overall-wonderful value!

Extremely hard to put together, does not line up
Impossible to assemble. Never have I ever has such difficulty putting a table together. Table top is in two pieces. One half lined up perfectly. Second half does not lign up and leaves an odd gap. There is not enough space on the end of the table for the chairs to sit compact. One of the legs on the table has the veneer pealing. Chairs are beautifu. Only one had a leg minimally blemished I can live with. There is no way I can pick any of this up to return back in the box. Unless you are a master and can redrill holes to lign up in the frame, be aware of the difficulty.

Be sure to scotch guard well before using because kids will smear and smears will embed and stick to fabric! Overall look is amazing! Great quality!
