Does the sofa require self-assembly, and will the installation process be difficult?
We will provide you with a very detailed instruction manual and corresponding installation video, so you won’t need to worry about how to assemble the sofa. We recommend using power tools for installation, as this can speed up the process.
How will this sofa be delivered? We would like to know if the sofa can fit through our doorway.
We packed this couch separately. You don’t need to worry about the transportation of the sofa. Please note your are going to receive more than 1 box. And we will provide all tracking numbers to you, please kindly check your inbox.
I ordered the U-shape three seat sofa and it is missing 2 pieces of N to complete the couch.
The two missing parts N you mentioned should be placed inside part H. We have sent you a schematic diagram, please check it.

Kid and pet friendly while being comfy and affordable
So far so good… Couch was fairly easy to put together. “Bones” seem strong. Cushions are very cushy and overall very comfortable. Kids already got some yogurt on a cushion but wiped off fairly easily. Seems pretty easy to clean.. I just plop off the cushions and all the dirt falls out to get vacuumed. Love that the bottom doesn’t have cloth to catch all the dirt and need to be vacuumed in every crevice. Size is good. My 6’2″ husband can rest his back easily which was a problem with the former set we had. Fits the bill for being washable, tall back, comfy, and super affordable! No complaints so far.

Beyond impressed, exceptional pricing
If there are other sofas online at this price, maybe having something already assembled would be my only feedback to choose differently.Size comfort and durability perfect for my office. Easy to assemble with clear directions but there are a lot of pieces. My U-shaped sofa w 2 ottomans came in only 2 heavy boxes. Luckily I had a dolly to roll them into the room. If you have another person it’s a heavy 2 person lift.Something incredibly helpful – high quality assembly tools were included! No plain Jane Allen wrench construction. There was a mallet and long arm allen. I will be putting “extra” felt circles in the bottom to protect the floors, but rubber stickies were included as well. It will easily double as a sleep spot for a guest.

Good couch for the money
Ordered this on a whim. We needed to replace our couch unexpectedly, before hosting Thanksgiving and it was too late to order one from a furniture store. So after reading many reviews, I decided on this one. Thank goodness for my 16 yo son who enjoys a project because I would not have had the patience to put this beast together. It took him about 3-4 hours total to assemble it. It came in 2 boxes a day apart which worked out. I was anxious a box was lost and the seller was very responsive and easy to work with. We put together the base first and then all the pillows arrived. It looks good, once assembled and the pillows expand(definitely let them expand without sitting on it for at least 2 days). It is low to the ground, and so squishy and cloud-like it is actually kind of difficult to get up from. It is very comfortable and cozy though, think- sinking into it to binge watch your favorite show or movie. I read reviews that others bought longer legs to replace the stock ones. I’m considering this because my husband and sons are quite tall and I think it may become an issue.I ordered the Beige, it is a linen-like fabric but seems like it would repel liquid and clean up easily, though we haven’t put that to the test yet, will circle back after Thanksgiving. I think this couch would work best against a wall. We currently have it floating in the room and you need to walk behind it to go upstairs, the back of it looks cheap. The fabric cover velcros to the frame and you can see the underside of the black Velcro. This would be ok against a wall but it is very visible the way we have it and I don’t love that. Also because people can stand behind it, kids are tempted to jump from the back to the front of it and flip over it and I don’t think it will hold up. A more typical couch might have a wood frame that could withstand kids jumping all over. Mine are older now but if you have little active kiddos who like to jump around this may not work. My 6’ 240 lb son commented when he sits back it feels like the metal frame is not sturdy, again maybe against a wall this wouldn’t be an issue. So far after 3 days I am happy with it and it looks really good! I do have reservations about how it will hold up. I will update after living with it for a month.

Ultra comfy couch
The couch was easy to assemble, was packed in 2 boxes and came with all the pieces labeled and easy to find. Sturdy enough to not feel flimsy but soft enough to be very comfortable. Fabric feels like a good quality and looks luxurious. Couch fits my living space and was perfect for what we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Not built for looks but very comfortable once you’ve resituated it
This is a comfy couch. It has great seat cushions on it. But they will NOT stay in place. We have covered them in Velcro to no avail. What bugs me the most, though is that the back cushions did not even cover the entire back of the couch. I added filler to them and that seemed to help. But the fabric doesn’t wrap all the way around the back cushions and doesn’t cover the whole back of the couch. So when someone is sitting on it, you can see the black material that fills in where the manufacturer tried to cut costs. Also, the couch is made out of a metal frame, which I thought would be good because I’ve had a wooden frame couch break before. But every time one person moves everyone bounces. All of my friends were waiting to see how this couch would turn out and what I have told them is it looks OK, but you can definitely tell it’s an Amazon couch. I definitely regret buying it. I do believe it will last just as long as a traditional, name brand sofa because of how sturdy the frame is, but I don’t think I will ever be happy with the lesser quality look. The photos I added are real-time photos of how it looks most of the time in my home.

UNA ESTRELLA PARA EL VENDEDOR. me mandó el color equivocado y tuve que quedarme con el color que no quería porque era muy complicado devolverlo. Y ME ENOJÉ MUCHÍSIMO PORQUE TENIA DISEÑADA LA CASA PARA EL COLOR DEL SOFÁ!! Yo lo compré beige y me llegó azul marino. Verifiquen con el vendedor!Tengo que decirles que el sofá es ESPECTACULAR y que vale mucho la pena comprarlo!! Es fácil de armar y los cojines se ponen así de grandes como en la foto.

Duramos 4 horas armandolo pero valió totalmente la pena… es un sofa muuuy hermoso 💚 nos encantó
