A. Please make sure all the screws are tightened after assembly.

Great bed frame worthy the money!
This support system is sturdy, stylish, and incredibly practical. The rustic grey finish looks great in any bedroom, and the headboard and footboard add a nice touch. I love the under-bed storage—perfect for extra bedding or seasonal items. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. No box spring needed, which saves money and space. Needs some design work. Other then that is a good bed frame for the price.
The bed frame was fairly simple to put together. We did have an issue that is a design flaw. The center rail will not support any weight without buckling. The second we tried to lay on the bed the center rail would shift to the side and the metal slats would fall out of the center support rail. To fix the problem I cut two metal rods at 25.5in and zip-tied them to the bottom of the supports between the outer rails supports and the center support. That prevents the center support from shifting from side to side and collapsing. Maybe this can be added to the design of the bed frame for safer and structural sound product.Thanks

Easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble! All the parts were clearly labeled, and it took me less than an hour to put together by myself. Once finished, the bed feels super sturdy — no squeaking or shaking at all. Went down hill
I bought this bed frame earlier this year in January 2025 and it was great. Sturdy, cute, cheap, and easy to assemble. But I had to move a bunch so I sold it and I’m getting into my new place I ordered it again remembering how much I liked it. The second time I ordered it felt cheap, not sturdy at all and it broke within a week of me setting it up. It was still easy to assemble but every time I get into bed I feel it wobble and worry it will break. Well turns out it has broken. All the supporting bars have been falling out ever since I started sleeping on it. I tried putting them back but it won’t stay

Bad quality – Amazing customer service
It is about 2-3 inches longer than a queen mattress, leaving an ugly gap at the end. We’ve had this for 5 months, and it’s bending, falling apart. I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted the seller and will update this review after they contact me.UPDATE: Seller responded within 24 hrs and gave me a full refund! Amazing customer service.

One of the worst product.. product in the picture and actual product is not the same.. it can’t even hold more 15kg.. their return policy is kind of cheating.. they’ll say that we’ll partially pay please don’t refund the items… they’ll say tried to convince me and told that we partially paid however they lied.. they’re just cheating.. my kid advise is don’t by it
