Very nice table and chairs but it was too big for my space and unfortunately it’s impossible to return. The seller gave me an address to ship it to in California and the cost to ship it back was $360 so it’s too expensive to return. The seller did give half of my money back but unfortunately I’m stuck with a table and chairs I can’t use and I wasn’t able to get a full refund.

Fantastic, manageable set.
After searching for what felt like forever, I came upon this set and decided to give it a chance, despite not having tons of reviews. I’m so glad I did. This was a great fit for my needs – I wanted a four person set for my fenced in patio that would be sturdy, durable, and comfortable without being too bulky. The chairs came first and earlier than expected – they were simple to put together once you got the hang of which side pieces went where. Table took longer to arrive (but not like super long, I was just antsy since I needed it by a certain weekend) and by the time I contacted customer service, it showed up before they even responded!! They were responsive too, which I appreciated. They even reached out by text!Highly recommend (as with most assembly) not to tighten the screws until you get all the connections made. Had all required parts and even some extra screws (FINALLY! But didn’t even need them, which was also refreshing). Table took a little longer to put together but that’s probably because I have T-Rex arms. It would probably go SO MUCH faster if you had another person helping to hold pieces in place while you screw them in. But overall, not complex at all. A few times it was a little difficult to get the screws in properly, probably because the threading/holes were slightly off, but nothing too serious that required drilling or anything. Everything looked beautiful once assembled and was quite sturdy. I’ve got some heavy people in my family and they were all comfortable. I did acquire some chair cushions in case, but honestly, I end up moving them when I sit because the ones I got are too thick. You probably only need thin ones. So far it’s held up great in the rain (only had it for a month). In addition to dining, I’ve also sat with my laptop during pandemic telework for a change of scenery and it was comfortable. And I LOVE that the chairs are stackable and that everything is relatively manageable in terms of weight so moving it around isn’t so hard, in case I was to rearrange the setup or for when I move. I do plan to get some type of cover just for when the snow and such comes about, just as a precaution. So glad I bought it, wish I had purchased it sooner!

Toss the direction
I am pretty good with assembling products. So what can go wrong with assembling a simple 5 piece patio set? How about everything? I have my own tools, so it wasn’t the issue of tools–whether my own or what was provided. Well, there was a small issue of the bolts snapping in half when you tighten them…but I have my own that can substitute theirs…The real problems were, one, the assembly direction was just plain wrong. Whoever drew the diagrams labeled the parts wrong. Now, I can even live with that since there are so many products from China that do not have accurate diagrams.But what do you with holes that do not line up? It required physical force to get the holes line up, insert 12 screws and rings for each chair(!), all by hand, and then tighten them up each to complete the assembly.You can’t tighten any screws until the end, so that means all 4 pieces–back, seat, and two arms–are dangling and moving when you are trying to put the screws in. Try that for an hour and see how you’d feel!!The finished product does look simple and clean. But the assembly Is so frustrating that I cannot recommend this product.
